Starting the day with some fruit and water!

Good morning!

I just love it when I wake up to a sunny day. It makes me feel happier. I feel optimistic and that everything is going to be okay.
So, I just want to say that I have been trying to eat more fruits and vegetables the last couple of weeks and I have realised that I just feel better when I begin my day with fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice. It gives me a lot of energy to start my day off. Today for breakfast I ate an apple and a kiwi and I drunk a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and two big glasses of water. It's important to stay hydrated because then the human body functions better!


I have been trying to stay away from packed candy, desserts and food with lots of fat in general. I will be having fruit for breakfast and dinner for the rest of the week and see how this works out. I have already noticed a small difference in my skin, since I was eating really healthy last week but on the weekend we had a party in our house and well... I was really tempted and gave in. I have to admit that afterwards I didn't feel good. My stomach was aching and I just felt tired. I think that's because of the type of food I had, since I didn't really eat that much.
